KAZINFORM Kazakhstan plans to open direct flights to India's largest financial center Mumbai and the tourist resort of Goa, the press service of the Ministry of Transport and Communications said. Such an agreement was reached during bilateral talks in New Delhi. In turn, Indian airlines will be able to open flights to Astana, Karaganda and Shymkent.
