ASTANA. April 10. KAZINFORM Kazakh Minister of Economic Development and Trade Bakhytzhan Sagintayev met with Kyrgyzstan Economy and Antimonopoly Policy Minister Temir Sariyev, the press service of the Kazakh Ministry of Economic Development and Trade informs.

During the meeting were discussed main directions of economic development of both countries and identified priorities for further interaction and cooperation.

T. Sariyev noted a special place of Kazakhstan in Kyrgyz foreign trade structure and dynamic development of trade economic development of the two countries.

According to him, Kazakhstan has invested about USD 1 billion over the period of 2006-2011. Besides, the Kyrgyzstan Ministry of Economy developed draft laws including the State Development Bank creation. "State Development Bank will fund the key state programs' implementation," the Kyrgyz Minister said.

In a conclusion, the ministers agreed that due the traditionally friendship the Kazakhstan-Kyrgyzstan cooperation is developing constructively.
