PARIS. March 6. KAZINFORM A signalman is to be prosecuted for unintentionally causing Saturday's head-on collision between two trains that killed 16 people.

Accident investigators in Poland say the man may have incorrectly set the track mechanism sending one train into the path of the other, the Euronews reports.

If found guilty he could face up to eight years in jail.
