KAZINFORM In honor of Women's History Month, the U.S. Embassy organized a "Celebration of Women Day" on Friday, March 2 with 100 young women from the Kazakh-Turkish Girls School. Charge Millard was joined by five other American Embassy women who shared their life experiences with the students of this school. The Charge focused her speech on the importance of education and referred to Secretary Clinton's recent comments at the U.S.-India Higher Education Summit saying education is a passport to greater opportunity and understanding, the press service of the Diplomatic Mission to Kazakhstan said. |
