VIENNA. February 23.  KAZINFORM  "There are big opportunities for Austrian business in Kazakhstan", Chairman of the Senate Committee on International Relations, Defense and Security Ikram Adyrbekov said at the conference dedicated to the 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Austria.

"We have achieved a great deal under direction of Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev, who is held in high estimation both in Kazakhstan and in international arena.

According to Adyrbekov, Kazakhstan appreciates the support of Austria that contributed a lot in electing Kazakhstan as OSCE Chairman. The senator also said that the Astana Economic Forum scheduled for May this year, may be a good platform for discussing further expansion of cooperation in different areas between Kazakhstan and Austria.
