ASTANA. February 22. KAZINFORM Today Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev has received Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Omurbek Babanov, the President's press service reports.

The partied focused on pressing issues of bilateral cooperation and international agenda.

Nursultan Nazarbayev congratulated Babanov on his accession to the office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic and wished him success in his work for the good of the Kyrgyz people.

"Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan are the close countries, with similar languages and culture. Kazakhstan is ready to render all-round support to Kyrgyzstan," Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
