'Kazakhstan and its capital have alike 'souls'. We see great hospitability here and all of us are stunned with the miracle named Astana,' the Italian Prime Minister said.

According to him, Astana - a city born and risen due to a bold and brilliant idea. 'Deer President, your idea might have great risks but you are a bold man and you realized it,' Silvio Berlusconi said addressing the President of Kazakhstan.
